What Time IS It?

Tik-tak, tik-tak. After a second here comes another second. Tik-tak, tik-tak. After a minute here comes another minute. Tik-tak, tik-tak. An hour had just passed and here’s another one.Criiingg………………. oh my! That signals the end of my day. Just as the day passed, another new experience had come in my life.

I always look at this stuff in our classroom above our board. This is one of the stuffs I love in school. There’s no single minute that I will not taken even a single glance on this stuff. And there’s no single minute that I will not ask my seatmate,” WHAT TIME IS IT?” The time runs so fast. This day will again be a yesterday tomorrow.

The experiences that happened to me during the last week of the first ………….let me write them for you.

For the preparation of our exam, I reviewed a lot. I was so thankful that our schedule for the exam was in the afternoon (at least I had a lot of time to review). The exam was taken for two consecutive days. I reviewed ten subjects. It was so difficult for me. I’m not good in memorizing. Reviewing ten subjects for an ordinary average student like me is quite difficult. This was the difficulty that I had encountered.

There came the first day of the examination. I was so afraid and nervous. I was thinking the content of the tests and the score that I will be getting. But it was just ok ay, because my instinct told me that I can make it (maybe because I reviewed).

Then, there came the second day of the examination. The subjects taken on this day was more difficult than the previous subjects taken during the first day of the examination. The tactics for you to pass these subjects was, you need to memorize well. As I‘ve mention, I am not good in memorization.

What time is it? I did not notice the time. The time was over and the time for the 4examination was over. But it was not yet the time for me to make some fun. My scores and grades were still unknown. The question, “WILL I PASS THE FIRST QUARTER?”
The checking days were judgment periods for me. It was the time for me to know if I pass or not. But I was so happy when I got quite good scores. Thanks to my classmate (you know what I mean. We can’t avoid it!). I was able to pass my subjects. And my grades, after I’ve seen them are quite high.

Goodbye dark clouds. Hello skies of blue!
First quarter had passed and the experiences during this grading… they go with it as an artifact for the completion of my first quarter’s life in school.

So what time is? It’s time to face the second quarter. Another challenge and probably another experience that I will encounter. Crinngg……. Time to say goodbye. Time’s up. Until next time.
